You Have the Power to Deliver Justice
Help New Mexicans Stay Safe, Housed, and Heard
Every day, low-income New Mexicans face legal challenges that threaten their homes, safety, and livelihoods. Without legal help, families can be unfairly evicted, domestic violence survivors may remain in danger, and workers can be denied the wages they’ve earned. Justice shouldn’t be reserved for those who can afford an attorney—it should be a right for all. New Mexico Legal Aid is fighting to close this justice gap by providing free civil legal services to those who need them most. But we can’t do it alone. Your support ensures that vulnerable New Mexicans have the legal help they need to stand up for their rights and build a more secure future.
With your help, we can:
- Keep families in their homes – Prevent unlawful evictions and fight for fair housing rights.
- Protect survivors of abuse – Help domestic violence survivors get restraining orders and rebuild their lives.
- Secure financial stability – Advocate for workers who have been denied fair wages or benefits.
- Support disaster recovery – Assist families impacted by wildfires and other disasters in rebuilding their lives.
- Defend vulnerable communities – Stand up for the rights of seniors, veterans, and people with disabilities.
New Mexico Legal Aid provides free civil legal services so that no one has to face the legal system alone. Your donation ensures that those in crisis have the legal support they need to protect their rights and move forward.
