Ensuring equal access to justice, the Sixth Judicial District Pro Bono Committee and the Volunteer Attorney Program of New Mexico Legal Aid are thrilled to announce the hosting of a Free Legal Fair on Friday, October 20, 2023, in Silver City, New Mexico.

The event will offer free in-person consultations with seasoned attorneys from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Western New Mexico University Global Resource Center Room ABC, located on W 12th Street.

Consultations will cover a wide array of law aspects, including but not limited to:

• Divorce & Spousal Support
• Custody, Visitation & Child Support
• Paternity & Kinship Guardianship
• Landlord/Tenant Disputes
• Wills, Probate & Powers of Attorney
• Contracts & Real Property

Interpreters will be available on-site to ensure that language is no barrier to obtaining the guidance you need. The consultations will be operated on a first-come, first-served basis, ensuring a fair opportunity for all attendees.
