From our office in Las Cruces, we’ve witnessed firsthand the impact of our work on individuals and families throughout Southern New Mexico. Take, for example, our client who only spoke Spanish and faced challenges with obtaining legal title to his mobile home. Despite promises from the mobile home park company, our client was left in a frustrating situation. However, with the support of New Mexico Legal Aid, we were able to bring a lawsuit against the company and recover $5,850 for our client, ensuring he received the legal title he deserved.

Another success story from our work involves a client who hired a mobile home company for transportation services. Despite promising a quick and easy move, the company failed to deliver, leaving our client with a damaged mobile home and a lot of frustration. Through our efforts, we secured a default judgment of $49,014, holding the company accountable for its actions and providing justice for our client.
