New Mexico Legal Aid's Volunteer Attorney Program offers FREE one-time consultations to low-income New Mexicans during scheduled events.
Statewide Teleclinics offer the opportunity to receive a consultation with an attorney over the phone. You must apply ahead of the scheduled event.
Legal Fairs offer the opportunity to receive an in-person consultation with an attorney. Services are on a first-come, first-serve basis. No pre-registration required.

Services are contingent on attorney availability and area of practice. New Mexico Legal Aid's Volunteer Attorney Program services are for individuals with household incomes at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines who meet asset limits.
