At New Mexico Legal Aid, we are committed to ensuring equal access to justice for all New Mexicans. We provide free legal services to low-income individuals, seniors, and victims of violence, regardless of income. Our Primary Practice Groups
Housing Law
We provide legal assistance to tenants facing eviction, housing subsidy terminations, landlord-tenant disputes, and issues related to rent-to-own contracts and mobile home park tenancies. Special Programs and Projects
Volunteer Attorney Program
